Membership Eligibility and Registration

Ahdem Designs services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. Ahdem Designs may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Site to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Site is revoked in such jurisdictions. Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use Ahdem Designs services only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In these cases, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities.

 

Account Information:

You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address. You must use every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to any other person. You shall not transfer or sell your User Name to any other person.

Ahdem Designs services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Ahdem Designs members. Ahdem Designs reserves the right, in Ahdem Designs sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. Ahdem Designs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Fees and billing

Our fees and sales commission are described in our Fees Policy. Changes to the Fees Policy and the fees for Ahdem Designs services are effective after Ahdem Designs provides you with at least fifteen (15) days' notice by posting the changes on the Site. However, Ahdem Designs may choose to temporarily change the Fees Policy and the fees for Ahdem Designs services for promotional events (for example, free listing days); such changes are effective when Ahdem Designs posts the temporary promotional event on the Site. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

 

VAT and other taxes

The seller is solely responsible for the payment of VAT and other taxes applicable to the seller. The seller should take care of including this in the product price and must not charge the buyer tax above and over the listed product price. Wherever the sales of a product needs a special government permit or any other documentation as applicable (in case of a b2b shipping to specific states, etc) the seller shall take the responsibility to obtain the same.
